Pricing

Audaxic uses billing through Polar.sh. We do not store any billing information, it's all handeled by Polar.sh (utilizing Stripe infrastructure).

What Counts as a Request​

  • Memory Add — Each call to store memories (the add endpoint)
  • Memory Retrieve — Each call to search or list memories (search, list endpoints)

Deleting and updating memories does not consume your quota.

How Billing Works​

  1. Sign up free — Hobby plan with no credit card required
  2. Usage is tracked automatically — Every API call is metered
  3. Upgrade anytime — Go to the Plan page in your dashboard
  4. Pay through Polar — Secure checkout powered by Polar.sh

Viewing Your Usage​

  1. Log in to memory-dashboard.audaxic.com
  2. Go to Overview to see your current usage
  3. Usage bars show consumed vs. included requests for the current billing period

Upgrading Your Plan​

  1. Go to Plan in the dashboard
  2. Click Upgrade to be redirected to Polar dashboard
  3. Add a payment method if you haven't added one yet (from Billing section)
  4. Click Change Plan on Polar dashboard
  5. Select desired plan
  6. Complete checkout via Polar
  7. Your plan updates immediately with prorated charges

Managing Your Subscription​

  • Upgrade — Takes effect immediately, charged prorated
  • Downgrade — Takes effect at the end of current billing period, credited prorated
  • Cancel — Remains active until the end of the billing period

Use the Open Portal button in the dashboard to manage your subscription directly.

Free Tier (Hobby)​

The Hobby plan is free forever and includes:

  • 10,000 memory adds per month
  • 1,000 memory retrieves per month
  • Full API access
  • All features
  • No credit card required

Starter​

The Starter plan is a good fit for growing teams and includes:

  • 50,000 memory adds per month
  • 5,000 memory retrieves per month
  • Full API access
  • All features
  • Priority support

For teams that need more than the Starter tier, consider upgrading to Growth or higher.

Growth​

The Growth plan is ideal for scaling applications and includes:

  • 200,000 memory adds per month
  • 20,000 memory retrieves per month
  • Full API access
  • All features
  • Priority support

Pro​

The Pro plan serves power users and growing businesses:

  • 500,000 memory adds per month
  • 50,000 memory retrieves per month
  • Full API access
  • All features
  • Priority support

Enterprise​

The Enterprise plan is for large-scale deployments:

  • 1,000,000 memory adds per month
  • 100,000 memory retrieves per month
